Reservation and Cancellation Policy

For PEAK SEASON,
and also for GROUP RESERVATIONS (two villas or more) and PACKAGES

  • There is a minimum down payment of $175.00 for each Villa reserved.
  • This payment is made up front thru PayPal on our website: » see right side of this page.
  • For those reservations made 15 days prior to the stay, or for Peak Season, or for Groups 2 villas or more, or Packages there is NO REFUND for payments made up front. 
  • Your deposit or down payment of $175.00 will be substracted from your bill before your check-out.
  • Changing your reservation dates if space allowing is with a $20.00 Penalty that will be charged to your Bill.

For HIGH SEASON:

  • There is a minimum down payment of $175.00 for each Villa reserved.
  • This payment is made up front thru PayPal on our website: » see right side of this page.
  • No charge for cancellations made at least 30 days before reservation dates.
  • 50% charge for room cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to reservation date.
  • 100% charge for no shows and room cancellations made less than 15 days prior to reservation date.
  • In case of early departure you will be charged 100% for nights reserved and confirmed.
  • Changing your reservation dates if space allowing is with a $20.00 Penalty that will be charged to your Bill.

Final Bill:

  • At the end of your stay at check out your Final Bill will be presented to you.
  • If you are Paying with Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa only) there will be a 7% surcharge added to your Final Bill.
