Our restaurant’s enticing ambiance was crafted under Zaugg’s masterful hands and artistic eye. Local hardwoods, candlelight, and warm earthy Adobe will embrace you while the epically stunning view stretching into the distance from the sparkling infinity pool will seduce.
Everything we do at Vista de Olas is about capturing the essence of Costa Rica’s abundance. Our vegetables, herbs, and fruit are grown on our organic farm; our poultry, pork, and eggs are sourced from local ranchers; and we catch our own fish daily in the warm Pacific waters off the Nicoya Peninsula. You’ll also enjoy imported A1 Premium-Grade Black Angus grass-fed beef, gourmet Costa Rican coffee, and masterfully crafted cocktails and fine wines.

Vista de Olas also offers a Lunch and Bar Menu featuring everyone’s favorites and the best Homemade Burgers and Fries in town. Choose from simple, healthy, and delicious options, including fresh Salads, Panini (Italian-style sandwiches), and local favorites like Arroz con Pollo o Camarones (traditional rice with chicken or shrimp), Guacamole and Patacones, and more.
Our Bar
Our Bar features popular imported and local liquors, tropical cocktails prepared with our home-grown fruits, and classic favorites. Sample craft beer from a local Microbrewery, La Selva, or choose from our extensive wine list with varietals from Europe and the Americas.
